Rethinking Modern Perfumery Through Natural Ingredients

ABEL was founded by Frances Shoemack in Amsterdam in 2013,inspired by her exploration of natural fragrance and a desire to reconsider howcontemporary perfumes could be created.

Working with perfumers Isaac Sinclair and Dr. Fanny Grau,the brand combines natural plant-derived ingredients with biotechnology tocreate modern, layered fragrances. With a team extending from Amsterdam to NewYork and New Zealand, ABEL continues to explore the possibilities of naturalmaterials and innovative techniques, seeking a more sustainable relationshipbetween fragrance, nature, and everyday life.
